The representatives of Slovan Bratislava are already celebrating their first victory at the tournament. In the first morning match at the mini WERK ARENA, they challenged the Ukrainian under-17 national team, which captivates with its turns. But the Ukrainians literally flew into the match against Slovan. After five minutes, they could easily lead 3:0, but the Ukrainians lacked precision in finishing. On the contrary, Slovan converted his first big chance in the 13th minute.
The image of the game did not change much even in the second part of the match. Ukraine created great opportunities and pressure, Bratislava scored goals from rare trips in front of the Ukrainian goal. In the 31st minute, Tomašković shot from the blue line and his attempt found a place in the goal - 0:2. Ukraine managed to overcome Henriquéz only in the 50th minute of the match, when Nagnieievov shot from the first. But Bratislava soon took a two-goal lead again. Ruslan Tuchyn then dramatized the end of the match with a clever shot, but the pressure of the Ukrainians did not lead to an equaliser.
